Diana Mueller brings the Law Office of George N. Panas over 15 years of experience in the field of family law. Attorney Mueller earned a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Illinois and a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law. She has represented victims of domestic violence and has received domestic violence training through the Women’s Bar Foundation’s Family Law Project. Attorney Mueller is a member of the Women’s Bar Association, Woman’s Bar Foundation and the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation.

As an experienced divorce attorney and trained mediator, Attorney Mueller provides you with the option of mediation for the successful dissolution of your marriage. James Panas

James Panas rejoins the Law Office of George N. Panas with more than 23 years’ experience in the fields of family law and criminal/delinquent defense. James began his legal career in 2000 with the Law Offices of Panas and Panas concentrating in the areas of criminal defense, family law and personal injury.

In 2008, James joined the public sector accepting an appointment with the Massachusetts Juvenile Court. James is a former member of the Massachusetts Association of Magistrate’s and Assistant Clerks. As a former Clerk Magistrate, James gained extensive experience in juvenile justice. Presently, in addition to his practice, James teaches as a law school professor (adjunct for over ten years) training lawyers to practice law in Massachusetts. James Panas was born and raised in the Greater Lowell area. He graduated from Dracut High School in 1992 as a National Merit Scholar. He attended the University of Massachusetts at Lowell on a full leadership scholarship from Raytheon Corporation, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1996.

James received his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk Law School graduating Cum Laude in 2000. He continues to reside in the Greater Lowell area where he raises his three children with his wife of over 20 years. James is a tireless worker and a dogged advocate for his clients.
